Nicholas H. A. Evans

Nicholas H. A. Evans ’s work has focused on knowledge, belief and doubt in colonial and contemporary India. He is the co-editor of the special issue Ethics Across Borders: Incommensurability and Affinity, and the volume Histories of Post-Mortem Contagion: Infectious Corpses and Contested Burials. His monograph, which explores the contested Muslimness of members of the Ahmadiyya movement in India, is forthcoming with Cornell University Press.
