Laura Bear

Laura Bear is the author of The Jadu House; Lines of the Nation: Indian Railway Workers and the Intimate Historical Self; and Navigating Austerity: Currents of Debt Along a South Asian River. She has also written many articles on the themes of time, the public good and austerity. Currently she is engaged in a four year ESRC cross-disciplinary project on Rebuilding Macro-Economics.
