Emma Tarlo
Emma Tarlo recently completed a book entitled Visibly Muslim: Fashion, Politics, Faith and is co-editing a volume with Annelies Moors on Islamic fashion in Europe and America. She is currently doing comparative research on Muslim and Jewish articulations of "modest fashion" and developing a research project on the international trade in human hair and the production of wigs.
